If you worked full-time, specifically, as a software or systems engineer, statistician or data scientist (experience in experiment design and analysis) or in closely related professions *and* took a voluntary career break lasting two years or more then you qualify to apply. 

We also expect reasonable written and oral proficiency in English. 

As this is our first edition of the program, we are opening it up only in our Paris office. 

Yes, this is a full-time program and we expect your full-time participation through the duration of the course. We also advise that you have some spare time to train/refresh learning outside of the regular work hours to fully leverage the program. 

Selected applicants can expect to have an internal training of 4 weeks following which they will be integrated with specific development and/or science teams. We expect the program participants to function as full-members of these teams and gain hands-on experience on specific projects. 

Depending on the team that we are able to match you with you may be assigned some preparatory material. 

Full-time positions post returnships depends on open roles and the performance during the program. Even if we are unable to find you a spot at Criteo, we hope the experience + training you receive during the program will open up new opportunities. 

The program offers the perks of working with Criteo (social events, subsidized lunch etc). Otherwise, we expect the participants to have arranged for their travel & living expenses.  

We will review all the applications and select candidates for a Skype screen. Candidates who are successful in the Skype interview will come on-site for an in-person interviews (to understand past experience & check motivation). We finally expect to select 2 candidates from this process for the first edition of the program.
